Apprentice
Westcor Thermal’s Training program will teach you the ins and outs of the thermal insulation business! Begin as an assistant working alongside Journeymen Sprayers. This is a 2-year process starting at $21.00+. Journeymen Sprayers will top out at $38.00 Hr.
Skilled sprayers
Westcor Thermal is always looking for skilled sprayers!
Hourly Range: $33-$38
Mandatory 3 years of direct spray experience (fireproofing and insulation required).
Construction Estimating / Junior Project Coordinator
Looking for an experienced estimator that will also work as an onsite coordinator. Experience with estimating software is required (Planswift, OnScreen or STACK).
